This is NOT a physical yoga class. We won’t be doing downward facing dog. Instead of moving our physical bodies we’ll focus on moving our emotional and energetic bodies. We’ll balance our internal energies to help resolve physical, mental and emotional issues.
Learn breathing techniques, gland stimulating exercises, practice energetically opening and closing chakra’s in your body and in groups.
This is a one of a kind experience. Join us and see how it feels to open the energy channels in your body.
