Transforming Fear into Love
This workshop is designed to help anyone who is interested in learning how to transform anxiety, stress or worry into joy, peace and love.
Wendy wants to help you learn how to recognize fear in its different manifestations and transform it to love, joy and peace. This 90 minutes workshop will teach you breathing techniques to help calm the mind and the body, gentle movements to energize the body and help increase your body awareness and recognize the signs of storing emotions in the body, and the final part of this workshop will be a guided meditation to help you transform your fear into joy, peace, and love. This workshop will be educational and experiential. You will hopefully learn more about yourself and your ability to recognize and release all levels of worry, stress and anxiety.
Appropriate for all levels. Everyone experiences fear or uncomfortable emotions at some point in their life. This workshop is intended to be helpful to those who are overwhelmed by anxiety, worry or stress and those who want to feel more joy, peace and love in their life. The gentle movements will be appropriate for all levels of experience and mobility.
